My favorite thing is to nerd out about are k-dramas, Thai tea, girl power movies (Fried Green Tomatoes--so good!), and DIY projects. My greatest joy is my family--but my SECOND greatest joy is helping homeowners leverage their property to establish a safety net to serve their needs and the needs of their loved ones.

It all began with our Accessory Dwelling Unit.
Twenty years ago, my husband and I searched for a property that came with a lot large enough for an Accessory Dwelling Unit.

We purchased a small 50+ year old fixer upper with a large backyard. We got to work, researched ADU regulations, developed our own CAD architectural drawings, and served as a "General" over our construction.

Life changed with our successful Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) build.

Our ADU increased our property appeal and value.

Our ADU gave us so much flexibility in how we configure our space to fit our needs.

Our ADU helped us create a positive environment for a multigenerational household.
